With Sales and Marketing playing such a vital role in business today, ask yourself the question, “What is different today from 20 or 25 years ago?”
The answer is very little except the ability to communicate 24/7 around the world through the web to show and share information instantly. Yet what we all want is to be heard and to have the opportunity to present our business to as many potential customers as possible. Yet at the same time, we all want to be different, have the edge over competitors and be one step ahead. Why, because by achieving this we are successful. Customers buy far more than just a product they buy the whole business, usually through recommendation and reputation.
